A man was found dead due to numerous gunshot wounds in a parking lot in the 8000 block of Liberty Road in Windsor Mill Thursday night around 11:56 p.m., county police said.
Artis Dewayne Holt, 27, of the 1400 block of Clairidge Road, Gwynn Oak, was pronounced dead at the scene by the EMS, police said.
According to the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit, Holt was shot minutes before the police arrived. Police said that the suspect fled before they arrived.
