A man is dead and a 27-year-old woman is being treated after both were shot Thursday, Baltimore City police said.
Police say officers responded to a call for a walk-in shooting victim around 3:30 p.m. and discovered two people with injuries. They believe the man and woman were shot in the 5100 block of Charlgrove Avenue and then drove themselves to the hospital.
