A 31-year-old man was shot in the arm and drove himself to the hospital for treatment Thursday, Baltimore City police said.
Officers responded to a call for a walk-in shooting victim around 2:47 p.m. They believe the man was shot by an unknown suspect in the 2500 block of Washington Boulevard, police said.
