A 37-year-old man was shot in the neck and is in critical condition in a Baltimore County hospital, Baltimore City police said.
Officers responded to a call Thursday morning around 11:08 a.m. of a walk-in shooting victim, but have not been able to locate a crime scene yet, police said.
