A 28-year-old woman was arrested at the National Aquarium last week for allegedly cutting a man who later died of his injuries, city police said.
Shaniel Johnson, 28, at is being charged for first degree murder, police said. Authorities said Johnson was denied bail.
The incident occurred on Jan. 26 at 4 a.m. in the 2500 block of East Chase Street, police said.
Tommie Graham, Jr., 56, was treated by medics for cuts. He died at Johns Hopkins Hospital, police said.
Witnesses were taken to police headquarters, where they were interviewed at length. Detectives finally gathered enough information to obtain an arrest warrant, police said.
