Two men were injured in a shooting that occurred in the 2800 block of Boarman Avenue at 6:12 p.m. Thursday, police said.
Police said a 23-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the shin was treated by a medic at the scene and then transported to a hospital for treatment.
When citywide shooting detectives assumed control of the investigation, they learned that a second victim walked into an area hospital suffering from a gunshot graze wound to the back.
The second victim, a 25-year-old male, and was also wounded in the 2800 block of Boarman Avenue.
