A Loch Raven High School student was charged for assaulting a teacher, police said.
Police said the incident occurred at around 8:38 a.m. on Jan 29, when Geronimo Pacer Harding, 18, of the 8600 block of Willow Oak Road in Parkville allegedly began to punch the teacher in the face.
Harding continued to hit the teacher in the face and torso after he had fallen to the ground, police said.
Harding was charged with first- and second-degree assault and other school related charges, police said.
Harding is currently being held on denied bail stats at the Baltimore County Detention Center pending a bail review hearing, police said.
