A man was fatally shot in 1200 block of Bond Street on Friday, Baltimore police said.
Officers were dispatched around 11:01 a.m. and found an unresponsive, unidentified 26-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds, authorities said.
They said the victim was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital and was pronounced dead by medical personnel.
Homicide detectives have assumed control of the investigation.
