A 16-year-old boy was charged as an adult when he was found with a loaded handgun and drugs in the 3400 block of Edmondson Avenue in Baltimore last Sunday, police said.
Robert Crawford was taken into custody at around 3 p.m. and sent to the Central Booking and Intake Facility, police said.
