Two shootings under investigation

Baltimore City police were investigating two shootings, including one that resulted in the death of an adult man.

Police said they found the man inside of a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds in the 400 block of E. 28th Street around 12:04 a.m. Wednesday. He died at a nearby hospital.

A 49-year-old man was listed in serious but stable condition with gunshot wounds as a result of a fight that escalated around 10 a.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of E. 28th Street. Police said the man was shot in his lower right leg and was rushed to a local hospital.

Police were investigating both shootings.
