The Baltimore County Police is investigating the death of an 87-year-old Dundalk man who was struck by a Ford van as he crossed Belcare Road on Sunday.
Police said Victor Lengrand was crossing the road in the crosswalk at 2:40 p.m. A 2007 Ford E350 van traveling West on Belcare Road approaching Dundalk Avenue struck the elderly man who lived in the 3400 block of Dundalk Avenue.
Lengrand was rushed to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead around 7:30 p.m., officers said.
