The Baltimore County Police Department is searching for a late model Lexus ES300 that struck and killed a 27-year-old Catonsville man as he crossed Liberty Road early Saturday.

The man, identified as Garohn Malik Green, of the 200-block of Medwick Garth East in Catonsville, was crossing the road around 3:30 a.m. Saturday when struck by a two-toned cream over silver colored, Lexus. The 1997 to 1999 vehicle was traveling east on Liberty Road, police said.

The car left the scene after striking the man, County Police Crash Team investigators said. The car had some missing parts and damage to both the front right headlight and the right corner of the car.

Green was rushed to Sinai Hospital where he later died, police said.

Police is asking the public to call 911 or the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-307-2020 with information about the collision.
