A 25-year-old Middle River man was being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center Thursday in connection with a double shooting that left two men injured.
William Lee Lipscomb of the 3200 block of Miller Avenue was charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder, two counts of first-degree assault, and use of a firearm in the commission ofa felony, Baltimore County police said. The shooting reportedly occurred around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday near Lipscomb’s home when an ongoing dispute with two others, ages 22 and 24, escalated.
Police said both victims were struck in the upper body and both were expected to survive.
The Baltimore County Violent Crimes Unit was investigating.
