A 26-year-old woman was arrested and charged with handgun violations on Monday for possessing a loaded revolver, Baltimore City police said.
Eastern district patrol officers were investigating the 1200 block of North Luzerne Ave. when they were led to Shawanna Spann of the 6500 block of Parnell Ave., police said.
They seized the gun from her and took her to Central Booking Intake Facility, according to police.
