An unidentified, intoxicated 29-year-old man reported to an area hospital at 1:11 a.m. Tuesday after being shot in the arm, Baltimore City police said.
A preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot in the 2300 block of Annapolis Road at about 9 p.m. on Monday, and is suffering from a gunshot wound, according to city police.
