The Baltimore City Police Department needs help locating a 59-year-old man who was last seen in the 5600 block of The Alameda on April 27.
James Collier was wearing a baseball cap, blue hoodie, blue jeans and black sneakers, police said. They said he is five-feet, 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds.
