A 20-year-old man was charged with attempted murder Tuesday in connection with a shooting that occurred on April 13, city police said.
Daondre Wise is the second person to be arrested in the case, police said. He was transported to the Central Booking and Intake Facility.
According to police, a 19-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the chest at about 10:33 p.m. on April 13. Police said he was walking in the 3800 block of West Belvedere Avenue when he was shot by an unidentified suspect. The victim flagged down a driver, who brought him to an area hospital.
The second suspect, Randy Banks, 20, was arrested on Monday, police said.
