Baltimore County homicide detectives have identified the two men who were found dead in a Towson apartment building on Monday, police said.

Stanley B. Brunson Jr., 29, of the 1500 block of Northern Parkway in Baltimore and Shameek Davone Joyner, 28, of the 5300 block of Leith Road in Baltimore, suffered from trauma to their upper bodies, according to the police.

Meanwhile, police said they are continuing to investigate the incident at 20 Lambourne Road in Towson as a double homicide.

Investigators believe the two men were targeted and that there are no threats to the general public, police said.

The two men were found suffering from multiple trauma and were discovered by a maintenance worker who called 911 before 9:30 a.m. yesterday.

Police said they will release more information as it becomes available.
