A 23-year-old Windsor Mill man is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center after his arrest early Tuesday on various charges related to a triple shooting on Easter Sunday at a Randallstown apartment complex.
Devron Goodwyn, 23, of the 3800 block of Coronado Road in Windsor Mill, is charged with shooting a 24-year-old man he allegedly had a prior business dispute with, the man’s 21-year-old girlfriend and his 5-year-old son. Goodwyn faces three counts of attempted first-degree murder, three counts of first-degree assault, three counts of second-degree assault, and the use of a firearm in the commission of a violent crime, Baltimore County Police said.
Police said the couple was outside playing with the 5-year-old in the unit block of Cinnamon Circle around 5:45 p.m. Sunday when Goodwyn pulled up in a car and began firing from in and outside his vehicle. Goodwyn got back into his car and fled. Neighbors called 911 with reports of shots fired.
The three victims all suffered non-life threatening gunshot wounds. All three are expected to survive, police said.
Goodwyn is being held without bond. The Violent Crimes Unit continues to investigate.
