Two Baltimore men shot in the Northeast District

A 25-year-old man was shot in the buttocks when fleeing the intersection of McClean Boulevard and Westfield Avenue in Baltimore after hearing gunshots at 5:04 a.m. today, police said. 

The police were dispatched to a nearby hospital when the victim arrived seeking treatment. The police were then notified of an additional shooting. 

A 30-year-old man walked into a Baltimore County hospital seeking treatment for a gunshot wound to the torso, police said. Detectives were not able to speak with the second victim due to his injuries, police said. 

Citywide detectives responded to the scene and took control of the investigation.
