A 38 year-old man was found dead yesterday from cuts he suffered to the upper body, police said.
Police said they found the man in the 4700 block of Seidel Avenue in Baltimore at about 9:58 p.m.
Medics pronounced the victim dead shortly after arriving on the scene, police said.
