A Baltimore man was charged with first- and second-degree murder and first- and second-degree assault on Wednesday, police said.
Detectives arrested Eric Carter, 23, of the 3000 block of Lanvale Street, for the murder of an unidentified 34-year-old man that occurred Tuesday in the 700 block of Poplar Grove, police said.
Police said Carter was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility where he was charged with the offenses.
