Police arrested an 18-year-old man on Friday and charged him with robbery, assault, and gun related charges.
Police said Kendrick Blackmon, of the 2300 block of Braddish Avenue, allegedly demanded at gunpoint that a victim give Blackmon his car keys at 10 p.m. on Friday in the 800 block of East Fort Avenue.
The victim approached police to report the robbery and Blackmon was found shortly after on Fort Avenue where he was arrested, police said.
Officers recovered a handgun and the victim’s car keys from Blackmon, police said.
