Police are investigating a fatal shooting in the central district of Baltimore City Wednesday evening as a homicide.
The shooting occurred at about 6:30 p.m. at a barbershop in the 200 block of Park Avenue, police said. The victim, 40-year-old Lavar Bailey, suffered from gunshot wounds and pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
