A 19-year-old Baltimore resident was arrested last Saturday and charged with attempted first-degree murder, city police said.
Tavon Cooper of the 1900 block of Hollins Street was arrested by detectives and taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility, police said.
The non-fatal shooting took place on Nov. 3 in the 1900 block of Hollins Street at approximately 5:10 p.m., police said. Officers said they discovered a 38-year-old male with gunshot wounds to his body when they arrived at the scene. The victim was sent to a nearby area hospital and treated for his injuries.
