A Baltimore man who police described as a repeat offender was charged Monday with attempted first-degree murder in connection with an incident that occurred in October, authorities said.
The arrest of 27-year old Dion Kuhn of the 900 block of 20th Street came almost a month after a shooting that occurred on Oct. 22 at approximately 7:50 p.m. in the 4800 block of Haddon Avenue, police said.
During the shooting, two 19-year-old men were struck by small pellets known as shotgun bird shot, police said.
