A Baltimore man with a criminal record has been charged with attempted murder in connection with a shooting last month in the 3300 block of W. Baltimore St., police said.
Allen Pittman, 22, of the 300 block of Culver Street, was arrested Wednesday for allegedly shooting an unidentified 55-year-old man on Oct. 23. Police did not disclose the condition of the victim.
Video footage obtained by police showed Pittman walking up to the victim, pulling out a handgun, and shooting the victim. Pittman fled the scene on foot, police said.
Pittman is being held at central booking until trial.
