28-year-old man charged with murder

murder suspectA Baltimore man was charged in connection with the killing of another man last summer, city police said.

Robert Garris, 28, of the 1300 block of James Street was arrested on Thursday and charged with first-degree murder for allegedly shooting 24-year-old Lamontrey Tynes, police said.

Tynes was shot in the 1200 block of Sargeant Street in Baltimore on Aug. 15 and died as a result of his injuries, police said.

In addition to being charged with first-degree murder, Garris has other related charges as well, police said. He is currently at Central Booking.

    The city continues to report murder after murder when is there going to be some real solution to this epidemic? It is as if the mayor and govener does not have a clue!!!
