Police are searching for a 13-year-old boy who was reported missing on Halloween.
Cameron Kells was last seen on the 1600 block of Cypress Street on Oct. 31 at approximately 6:15 p.m., police said.
He was wearing a burgundy hoodie, black jogger pants, and black boots. The boy is 4 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds, police said. Anyone with information should call Missing Person Unit at 443-984-7384 or calling 911.
