A 20-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder after being shot on the 4600 block of Liberty Heights Avenue in Baltimore, police said.
The shooting occurred around 4:20 p.m. on Oct. 31, police said.
Officers said they arrived at the scene where they found the victim and had him transported to a local hospital for treatment. The shooter is unknown at this time, police said.
