County Police are asking for help in locating a 26-year-old black man in connection with a shooting death last week in the 2400 block of Hollins Ferry Road.

Tyson Lemond Moore is wanted for first-degree murder and the use of a firearm to commit a crime of violence, police said. He is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Police said that Moore is wanted in connection with the shooting death of Mark Biggs, 32, who suffered at least one gunshot wound to the upper body on October 9 on the unit block of Silerton Road. Moore’s last known address is in the 2400 block of Tionesta Road, said police.

Police advised anyone who has information about Moore to call them at 410-307-2020. A reward has been offered by Metro Crime Stoppers for information on the suspect.
