Two men found dead in East Baltimore

Two men were killed and two others injured late Tuesday in a shootout in East Baltimore, police said.

An officer on patrol heard gunfire coming from the 3200 block of Lyndale Avenue. When police arrived, two men were found with gunshot wounds lying outside a white SUV. Medics pronounced them dead at the scene.

Two other victims with gunshot wounds were walking away from the scene as police arrived.
