Man found murdered; police identify five earlier murder victims

Baltimore City Police are investigating the death of a man found early Monday in the 6100 block of Shipview Way.

Officers said the man was reportedly found at 8:16 a.m. but was unresponsive with signs of trauma when officers arrived. Emergency medical technicians pronounced him dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, police released the identities of five other murder victims who died over the weekend. The victims were listed as: Robert Bridgman, 27, of the 3200 block of Joppa Road, who allegedly was murdered last Thursday; Kevin Bailey, 43, who was found Friday in the 4300 block of Reisterstown Road; Ernest Brown, 48, of the 400 block of N. Clinton Street, who died Saturday in the 500 block of N. Curley Street.

Southwest District homicide detectives identified Michael Cudnik Jr., 22, of the 3300 block of James Street, as a homicide victim who was found Saturday in the 1900 block of Griffis Avenue. And, Western District homicide detectives identified 29-year-old Jeima Bell of the 2400 block of Etting Street as the victim in a homicide that occurred Saturday.

Police are asking anyone with any information on any of these incidents to contact Metro crime stoppers at 1-866-7lockup.
