Scott Martin Nawrozki, 54, of the 2100 block of Brookhaven Court in Fallston, was charged with sexual abuse of a minor, second-degree custodial child abuse, fourth-degree sex offense by a person of authority, and fourth-degree sex offense vaginal intercourse by a person of authority, police said.

Baltimore County police started an investigation when a juvenile student disclosed sexual activity with a teacher at Milford Mill Academy, in the 3800 block of Washington Avenue in Windsor Mill.

The student notified police of several incidents that occurred on and off the school property in May and June, police said.

The victim told police that sexual encounters had occurred both inside Nawrozki’s classroom and in the area of Liberty Reservoir during school hours, according to a police report.  The victim also reported that both sent suggestive photographs to each other during this time, police said.
