The body of a 58-year-old man was discovered near the Baltimore Yacht Club Wednesday, two days after a missing person report was filed with Baltimore County Police.
John G. Martin was found at 7:30 a.m. when police received a call about a body afloat in the water. The Yacht Club is on Sue Island, along the Chesapeake Bay and Middle River. He was reported missing on Monday.
Police are investigating the circumstances leading up to both Martin’s disappearance and death.
