A 17-year-old was arrested Saturday in connection with an attempted armed robbery that took place on Feb. 15 in the 1800 block of North Smallwood Street in West Baltimore, police said.
Darran Butler was taken into custody at the juvenile facility Hickey School for Boys, police said. Butler was charged as an adult with first-degree attempted murder and attempted armed robbery.
Police said Butler is being held at Central Booking and Intake Facility, where he will wait for trial without bail.
