Baltimore City police are asking for assistance in locating a missing Baltimore man.

James House, 73, was described by police as “vulnerable,” adding that he has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and diabetes.

Police said he was last seen leaving his home in the 3200 block of Windsor Avenue March 7 at 11:30 a.m.

House is an African-American male standing six feet and one inches tall, weighing 265 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black and white winter cap, blue hoodie, blue T-shirt, blue khaki pants and white sneakers, police said. He may also be carrying a yellow bag with clothing inside, police said.

Police are asking anyone with information about House’s location to call the Missing Persons Unit at 410-984-7385 or 911.
