Missing Owings Mills woman found.

A Towson women who went missing on Wednesday was found Friday morning alive and well by Baltimore County police.

Rachel Jackson, 24, was last seen around 11 p.m. in the 9200 block of Owings Choice Court in Owings Mills before she was found just before noon Friday morning, police said.

Jackson left for work but never returned home later that evening.

Jackson is a member of an assisted living home due to cognitive and developmental conditions for which she is reliant on medications, police said.

During the time she was missing she was without her medications and caretakers were unable to reach her by phone.

Police said there are no reports on where and how Jackson was found, but officersthank all those who assisted in efforts to find her.
