Baltimore City Police have charged a 51-year-old man in connection with a fatal stabbing. Police said they were called to the Northeast District Monday night to investigate a reported stabbing at a home in the 5600 block of Greenhill Avenue, and the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Timothy Spicer, also of the 5600 block of Greenhill Avenue, also of the has been charged with murder and assault charges, according to officials.
Officials said they believe that the victim, who has not been named, and Spicer were involved in an argument inside the house and that Spicer stabbed the victim to death.
