A Baltimore man has been arrested and charged in connection with a shooting earlier this month at a Hip Hop Fish & Chicken restaurant, police said.
Brian Hawkins, 29, was arrested Thursday without incident at his home in the 2600 block of Lauretta Avenue after allegedly shooting and wounding a man on Feb. 19, police said.
Police said Hawkins was identified in video footage as well as from interviews with witnesses. He has been charged with first-degree attempted murder, first- and second-degree assault and various handgun violation, police said.
