The Baltimore County Police said Monday they have charged a Milford Mill Academy High School teacher with prurient intent after two incidents in which he videotaped girls changing their clothes.
Christopher R. Clark, 46, of Hampstead, was charged after an investigation that began when one of the students saw the phone and reported it to another teacher, police said.
The investigation also revealed another incident that took place where Clark, a special education teacher, had again recorded a student changing clothes, police said. The incident continues to be investigated by the Baltimore County Crimes Against Children Unit.
