A 23-year-old man was arrested Sunday after city police said they seized drugs and a loaded gun from him.
Daquan Jones of the 3300 block of Dudley Avenue was transported to Central Booking, where he was brought up on handgun and drug charges, police said. They said he was a repeat offender.
Central District Operations detectives were investigating in the area of Howard Street and Fayette Street when they arrested Jones.
