Two men charged with shooting, robbing 55-year-old male

Two adult males have been charged with the robbing and shooting a 55-year-old male in the 100 block of West Fayette Street on Monday, police said.

Marquis Alston, 35, of the 1600 block of Spray Court and Corey Clark, 23, of the 200 block of Shagbark Road were arrested after they were seen fleeing the scene in a vehicle which fit the description given by witnesses, police said.

The victim, who suffered non-life threatening gunshot wounds to his neck and shoulder, was transported to an area hospital for treatment, police said.

Citywide shooting detectives are investigating the incident and are asking anyone with information to please call 410-396-2221 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7lockup.
