A 13-year-old male has been arrested in the case where Councilwoman Rochelle “Rikki” Spector was assaulted during an attempted robbery, police said.
The male was charged on Sunday with attempted robbery and first- and second-degree assault, police said.
This is the second arrest in this case, police said, adding that a 15-year-old male was arrested at the scene of incident.
The suspect has been charged as a juvenile, police said.
