A 25-year-old teacher at City Springs Elementary was arrested last week after he allegedly injured a young child, police said
Timothy Randall Korr was charged on Nov. 28 with first- and second-degree child abuse, first- and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and neglect of a minor, police said.
Baltimore Police Child Abuse detectives arrived at Johns Hopkins Pediatrics to respond to a 7-year-old who attended City Springs Elementary suffering from major trauma to the head, police said.
The detectives said they were given access to surveillance video at the school, which captured the incident. The video was enough information to conclude that the crime was committed and the arrest to be obtained, police said.
