A 28-year-old male was shot and killed in the 1500 block of Orleans Street on Saturday at about 10:26 p.m, police said.
When officers arrived at the scene they said they saw the male victim suffering from apparent gunshot wounds and a 36-year-old female shot in the leg.
Both victims were sent to Johns Hopkins Hospital, but the man was pronounced dead by medical personnel, police said.
Homicide detectives were called to continue investigation.
