An 18-year-old Baltimore man was arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder on Wednesday, police said.
Antwaun Harris of the 300 block of Smallwood Street was arrested for the shooting that occurred on Nov. 7 in the 2300 block of Calverton Heights in Baltimore, police said.
The victim, a 36-year-old male, was transported to an area hospital and was in serious condition.
Harris was transported to Central Booking.
