City police are seeking the identity of a man who they say is connected with the Sept. 19 murder of a 21-year-old college student, police said.
Marcus Edwards, a Morgan State University student who wanted to be a police officer, was fatally stabbed just north of campus in the 5400 block of Loch Raven Boulevard, police said.
