Baltimore County firefighters are asking that people check to make sure all of their smoke and carbon monoxide alarms work properly with Daylight Saving ending Nov. 6.
Residents are reminded to turn back their clocks one hour at 2 a.m. Sunday.
Firefighters urge residents to check their alarms twice a year during the spring and fall seasons.
