Baltimore County police said they will keep a close watch on sex offenders this Halloween season.
Certain sex offenders have a “no contact order,” which prohibits them from having contact with children during Halloween, police said.
There will be undercover police officers keeping a close watch on the sex offenders as this holiday approaches, police said.
Police urge anyone who has suspicion of a sex offender giving out candy to children to call 410-887-5584 or 911.
